Tax Classification. So long as the Company has only one Member, it is intended that the Company be disregarded for federal and all relevant state income tax purposes and that the activities of the Company be deemed to be activities of the Member for such purposes, as provided for by Regulations Sections 301.7701-1, et seq., and comparable provisions of applicable state tax law.
