The Borrower’s and the Borrower Parent’s exact legal name at the date of this Agreement and any prior legal names, and the Borrower’s and the Borrower Parent’s jurisdiction of organization, organizational identification number, registered office, in each case at the date of this Agreement and for the four months immediately preceding the date of this Agreement are, in each case, as set forth on Schedule 5.14.
