Common use of TCF Clause in Contracts

TCF. If this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 10.1, it is the intent of the parties that all funds held in the Escrow Account shall be released from the Escrow Account and paid to the appropriate Party not later than two (2) Business Days following the effective date of termination.
