Teacher-level Value-Added. Teacher-Level Value-Added refers to the value-added methodology provided by ODE. Where value-added data for grades 4-8 for English language arts and mathematics exist (via state-provided assessments), value-added data must be one of the multiple measures used in calculating student growth. Teacher-level value-added data shall be used in proportion to the .part of a teacher's schedule of courses or subjects for which the value-added data is applicable. For the 2014-2015 school year and each school year thereafter, the entire student academic growth factor of the evaluation shall be based on the value-added data for a teacher whose schedule is comprised only of courses or subjects for which teacher-level added data is applicable.
