Teacher Requirements. 1. Individuals must have three (3) years teaching experience. 2. Individuals who wish to job share must notify administration in writing by April 1 in the year prior to when the job share will begin and will be notified by June 1 as to whether the proposal has been accepted. 3. Teachers forming a job sharing team must currently be assigned to a position which requires the same certification. 4. Both teachers must meet Properly Certified or Licensed teacher standards. 5. There shall be a maximum twenty-five (25) teams in the district or twenty percent (20%) of teaching staff in one (1) building.
Teacher Requirements. All Childcare Center teachers must complete a minimum of 12 units equivalent to the Associate Teacher level of the State Child Development permit. There must be a staff development plan in place for professional growth and staff must maintain some form of individualized developmental profiles for children served so that assessment based lesson planning is modeled for RCCD college students.
Teacher Requirements. The Teacher is designated hereunder to teach and/or develop a VHS course and certifies that s/he: • meets all employment requirements and certifications to teach the VHS course in the state in which s/he is employed as a teacher; • adheres to all guidelines and policies set forth in the VHS Handbook; • will fully and effectively participate in all training required by VHS; • will adhere to all copyright laws regarding any materials he/she may add/use while instructing the course; • will teach his/her assigned course in compliance with the schedule set forth in the VHS calendar; and • will submit grades and progress reports in compliance with the schedule set forth in the VHS calendar. The Teacher, on behalf of his/herself and his/her school (as applicable), hereby grants to VHS a perpetual, worldwide, freely assignable, royalty-free and irrevocable license to reproduce, publish and otherwise use the VHS course, and any and all course materials in any medium or manner and for any purpose VHS may from time to time elect. VHS has full authority to maintain, archive and dispose of the electronic files which make up each VHS course.
Teacher Requirements. Upon notice of a student with a medical condition, teachers will be given one entire work day to prep materials.

For any such passwords LightEdge will provide a secure URL that any User can access to change passwords. All User passwords are set to a ninety (90) day password expiration schedule by default. LightEdge is not responsible for unexpected use of Services whether by ex-employees, compromised User passwords or any other misuse of Customer accounts. Customer shall be responsible for all costs incurred by such unexpected use of Service. Customer shall be fully responsible for providing to LightEdge at Customer’s own expense and in a timely manner the following: - All security for its Services and systems used or accessible in connection with Service; - Cooperative testing of all Customer-provided hardware, software, and Services for compatibility with Service; - Designating an Authorized Contact(s) to be the point of contact to interface with LightEdge Technical Support; - All cabling necessary to support Service; and - Physical and remote management access to any and all Servers onto which Service is installed.

  • DBE Requirements A. Notice is hereby given to the CONSULTANT and any SUB-CONSULTANT, and both agree, that failure to carry out the requirements set forth in 49 CFR Sec. 26.13(b) shall constitute a breach of this Contract and, after notification and failure to promptly cure such breach, may result in termination of this Contract or such remedy as INDOT deems appropriate. The referenced section requires the following assurance to be included in all subsequent contracts between the CONSULTANT and any SUB-CONSULTANT: The CONSULTANT, sub recipient or SUB-CONSULTANT shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, or sex in the performance of this Contract. The CONSULTANT shall carry out applicable requirements of 49 CFR Part 26 in the award and administration of DOT-assisted contracts. Failure by the CONSULTANT to carry out these requirements is a material breach of this Contract, which may result in the termination of this Contract or such other remedy, as INDOT, as the recipient, deems appropriate. B. The CONSULTANT shall make good faith efforts to achieve the DBE percentage goal that may be included as part of this Contract with the approved DBE SUB-CONSULTANTS identified on its Affirmative Action Certification submitted with its Letter of Interest, or with approved amendments. Any changes to a DBE firm listed in the Affirmative Action Certification must be requested in writing and receive prior approval by the LPA and INDOT’s Economic Opportunity Division Director. After this Contract is completed and if a DBE SUB- CONSULTANT has performed services thereon, the CONSULTANT must complete, and return, a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Utilization Affidavit (“DBE-3 Form”) to INDOT’s Economic Opportunity Division Director. The DBE-3 Form requires certification by the CONSULTANT AND DBE SUB-CONSULTANT that the committed contract amounts have been paid and received.

  • E-Verify Requirements To the extent applicable under ARIZ. REV. STAT. § 41- 4401, the Contractor and its subcontractors warrant compliance with all federal immigration laws and regulations that relate to their employees and their compliance with the E-verify requirements under ARIZ. REV. STAT. § 23-214(A). Contractor’s or its subcontractor’s failure to comply with such warranty shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the termination of this Agreement by the City.
