Common use of Teaching by Non-Faculty Individuals Clause in Contracts

Teaching by Non-Faculty Individuals. With the consent of the relevant Department and College ▇▇▇▇ (and absent any Faculty bargaining unit retrenchment situation), a qualified member of the Administrative and/or professional staff employed by the University shall be permitted to teach with the explicit approval of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇; such approval may not extend beyond two consecutive semesters without the consent of the MSP. (Up to four nonunit laboratory technicians in the College of Health Professions may perform certain instructional activities in accordance with established practice.)
