Common use of Team Composition Clause in Contracts

Team Composition. Provide a narrative in conjunction with the team composition matrix above to provide the Government insight into how each team member will contribute to performing the requirements of this contract. Ensure the narrative and matrix are consistent with the information provided in the Cost volume. Provide a detailed description of all teaming/subcontracting arrangements, e.g., formal or informal joint-venture, traditional prime-sub relationship, and/or other formal or informal team arrangement, to include identification of the lead contractor and the roles/responsibilities of all participants. For offerors proposing under a formal or informal joint- venture agreement, or other formal teaming arrangement (e.g., subcontractor agreements), provide a copy of the fully executed agreement to include signatures of all parties. Clearly identify the decision-making flow within the team. (The joint venture and teaming agreements are excluded from the tab page limitation.)
