Common use of Technical Accuracy Clause in Contracts

Technical Accuracy. The Work is accurate as measured against commonly accepted standard (for instance, a statistical formula, an industry standard, or de facto marketplace standard). The JBE may use the attached Acceptance and Signoff Form (Attachment 1) to notify Contractor of the acceptance or rejection of the Services and Deliverables. Contractor will not be paid for any rejected Services or Deliverables.
