Common use of Technical Advisory Team Clause in Contracts

Technical Advisory Team. The Programme will have a Technical Advisory Team that reports to the Permanent Secretary of the MNS. The objective of this team is to provide strategic, technical, and operational advice on an on-going basis to the GOJ, across components, including on implementation, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and the Transition Plan. It will include technical experts, national and international, able to draw on international best practice and tailor it to the Jamaican context. It will also ensure that the Programme is on-track, identify issues, risks, and problems upstream.
