Technical and Organizational Security Measures. Expel represents and warrants that is has implemented and will maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect Customer Data from Security Incidents and to preserve the security and confidentiality of Customer Data and to comply with Applicable Privacy Laws, such measures shall include, but not be limited to, those security measures set forth in Exhibit 2 - Technical and Organizational Security Measures.
