The Technical Assistance Provider clause defines the role and responsibilities of an individual or organization designated to offer specialized support, guidance, or expertise to a party under the agreement. Technical Assistance Provider. If HUD determines, in its discretion, that technical assistance and/or training is necessary for the proper implementation of the Revitalization Plan, it will assign a technical assistance provider to work with the Grantee for this purpose.
Technical Assistance Provider. In comments received during the consultation process referenced in subparagraph 2.1.1, Indian Tribes expressed a preference for using an established technical assistance provider to assist Indian Tribes in preparing funding requests for Eligible Mitigation Actions. The Trustee may rely on, with no further duty of inquiry, and shall be protected in acting upon, any budget, semi-annual report, or other document from the technical assistance provider reasonably believed by the Trustee to be genuine and to have been signed or sent by the proper person or persons.
Technical Assistance Provider. An individual, organization or team of individuals from more than one organization designated by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) to provide technical assistance under its New York Energy $mart SM programs.

Related to Technical Assistance Provider

  • Technical Assistance DFPS may provide informal support, guidance, clarification, and other forms of technical assistance via phone, email, and virtual meeting to resolve Grant or performance compliance issues. Grantee will document all such instances of technical assistance by DFPS in writing, including any implementation work.

  • Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Consulting Teachers (CT) will be assigned to all new teachers with no prior teaching experience and tenured teachers rated ineffective on the qualitative measures at the end of the previous school year and recommended by the PAR Panel.   • Employee Assistance Program Neither the fact of an employee's participation in an employee assistance program, nor information generated by participation in the program, shall be used as a reason for discipline under this Article, except for information relating to an employee's failure to participate in an employee assistance program consistent with the terms to which the employee and the University have agreed.

  • Employee Assistance Programs Consistent with the University's Employee Assistance Program, employees participating in an employee assistance program who receive a notice of layoff may continue to participate in that program for a period of ninety (90) days following the layoff.
