Common use of Technical Assistance Clause in Contracts

Technical assistance for agriculture activities provided under the terms of this agreement shall be consistent with the current U.S. Natural Resource Conservation Service (“NRCS”) Field Office Technical Guide for Washington State and specific requirements outlined in the Water Quality Funding Guidelines.
