Common use of Technical Bids Clause in Contracts

Technical Bids. i) The Technical Bid should be complete in all respects and contain all information asked for in this document. It should not contain any price information. ii) The Technical Bid must be submitted in an organized, numbered and structured manner (spiral binding will be appreciated). No brochures/ leaflets etc should be submitted in loose form. iii) Technical bid should contain all testimonials as mentioned in previous section of this TENDER document. iv) Bank will evaluate the technical bid considering the technical and functional parameters of bidder and evaluation matrix decided by bank.
