Common use of Technical Co-operation Clause in Contracts

Technical Co-operation. 7.1. The Parties may provide each other with technical co-operation in order to take advantage of their respective experience and to strengthen the implementation of their respective competition laws and policies. 7.2. The co-operation may include the following activities: (a) Training of officials, to enable them to gain practical experience; (b) Seminars, in particular for officials; (c) Studies of competition laws and policies, with a view to supporting their development.
