TECHNICAL CONSIDERATION Clause Samples

The TECHNICAL CONSIDERATION clause outlines the technical requirements, standards, or constraints that must be observed during the execution of a contract or project. It typically specifies the technologies to be used, performance benchmarks, compatibility requirements, or compliance with industry standards. By clearly defining these technical parameters, the clause ensures that all parties have a mutual understanding of the technical expectations, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes related to technical deliverables.
