Technical Correspondence. Technical correspondence shall be addressed to the Designated Contracting Officer’s Representative (DCOR) for the order and to the cognizant Designated Contracting Officer (DCO). Technical correspondence that applies to more than one task order, or to this Contract, shall also be sent to the Contracting Officer. As used herein, technical correspondence does not include correspondence where patent or rights in data issues are involved, nor technical correspondence which proposes or involves waivers, deviations, or modifications to the requirements, terms or conditions of this contract.
