Technical Description. The description of the technical requirements with which the Railway Fibre must comply is set out in the HERMES Optical Cable Specification which is set out in the Appendix to this Agreement. Revisions to the HERMES Optical Cable specification will be agreed by HER and the Participating Railway and the Appendix will be updated accordingly.
