Common use of Technical Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Technical Disclosure. The Company is in compliance with the applicable provisions of National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) and has duly filed with the applicable regulatory authorities all reports required by NI 43-101. All scientific and technical information set forth in the Prospectuses, including in any documents incorporated by reference therein, relating to the Company’s material property (as set forth in the Company’s annual information form) has been reviewed and approved by a qualified person as required under NI 43-101.
