TECHNICAL EVALUATION CRITERIA. Bids shall be evaluation based on the documents submitted as a part of technical bid. Technical bid shall contain all the documents as asked in the clause “Format and Signing of Bids”. Bidders are expected to quote for all the categories. In case a bidder does not quote for any of the category, the bid shall be summarily rejected and financial bid shall not be opened for the same bidder. Similarly, in case the proposal of a bidder is non-responsive for any category, the bidder shall be technically disqualified for that particular category.
