TECHNICAL EVALUATION CRITERIA. For evaluation of bids, KNOCKED DOWN CRITERIA will be applied. The bids conforming to the specifications and pre-requisite conditions indicated in specifications and evaluation criteria will be considered for further technical evaluation. The technical evaluation of tenders will be carried out by the designated Technical Evaluation Committee of Procuring Agency.
