Common use of Technical Know-How Clause in Contracts

Technical Know-How. DuPont shall provide Technical Know-how to Bioamber to clarify the technical information concerning Hydrogenation and the Technical Reports licensed pursuant to Section 2.1.1 and 2.1.2, as follows: 2.9.1.
