Technical Offer. The tenderers are requested to submit a technical offer by completing the below tables.  Column 2 shows the required specifications (which should not be modified by the tenderer).  Column 4 is to be filled in by the tenderer and must detail what is being offered (simply indicating the words “compliant” or “yes” is not sufficient).

Technical Offer. Proposers shall submit the following documents, in the technical proposal (free form with Company logo, if applicable): • The Company’s profile indicating experience provision of this type of services (min 2 years) • The Company’s registration and license documents showing the number of years in this type of business. • The Company shall provide a brief description, in the technical proposal, of how the company plans to carry out this Frame Agreement. • Proposed menu plan: the itemized menu for the coffee breaks, lunch and dinner should include a wide variety of items. This part should demonstrate your ability of presenting variety of food, healthy food, snacks, and beverages to accommodate different needs and tastes. • Details of the Company’s quality assurance procedures and practices showing how the quality of food and services are monitored to ensure the receipt of excellent level of services.

The submitted work programme must include the following:  Description of Activities – Clearly outline all major and minor activities required for project completion.  Timeline – Indicate the start and end dates for each activity, ensuring logical sequencing and realistic scheduling within the contract duration.  Resource Allocation – Specify the personnel, equipment, and materials to be deployed for each activity. This should demonstrate adequate resource planning to ensure timely execution.  Milestones – Identify key project milestones at different stages of implementation. The submitted work programme will be evaluated based on its completeness, realism, efficiency, and compliance with contractual timelines and quality standards.
