MDL has the right to verify / cause verification of authenticity of the said documents whenever felt necessary.
Technical Pre- Qualification Criteria. Similar Work: Bidder should have experience in providing 400Hz, 1-Phase & 3- Phase, 10 KVA & above capacity Load bank on Hire basis to any Engineering Industries. Testing/chemical analysis of oils/coolants/fresh water samples executed in any Shipbuilding/Marine/any industrial organization. 8.1.2. MDL reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the documents submitted / claims made by the bidder wherever felt necessary: i) Bidders Company Profile. ii) Bidders Shop & Establishment certificate, Tax registration certificate and PAN card. iii) List of equipment held by them with model / year / working status along with details of their facilities and personnel with designation, qualification and experience to determine their capabilities. iv) The bidder should have a minimum average turnover of at least for Rs. 38,000.00 during the last three years ending 31st March 2022 (i.e. for FYs 2019-20, 2020-21 and 2021-22) and shall upload the audited balance sheet along with profit/loss account for the last three years. v) ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s experience of having successfully completed similar works defined at para 8.1 above, during last 7 years ending on 31 Mar 2023 should be either of the following: a) Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 1.0 Lakhs. OR b) Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 1.25 Lakhs. OR c) One similar completed work costing not less than Rs.
