Technical Pre- Qualification Criteria. Following is the Technical Pre-Qualification Criteria (PQC) for the subject tender: Bidder should have successfully completed Similar Nature of Work during last 7 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which applications are invited should be either of the following (value excl. GST & Duties) shall be as follows: One similar nature of successfully completed work costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 27,60,000.00 ‘OR’ Two similar natures of successfully completed work each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 20,70,000.00 ‘OR’

Technical Pre- Qualification Criteria. 8.1 Similar work/job is defined as under:
8.1.1 Vendor should have executed similar work/service for Hiring of Hydraulic torque wrench to any industrial establishment and shall submit PO copies along with work done certificate.
8.1.2 Vendor shall have hydraulic torque wrench of min capacity of 10000 N-m and submit the documentary evidence towards the same.
8.1.3 Calibration certificates hydraulic torque wrench indicated at 8.1.2 above shall be submitted along with their bid.
8.2.1 Bidders Company Profile and shop & establishment registration certificate.
8.2.2 List of equipment held by them with model / year / working status along with details of their manufacturing facilities and personnel with designation, qualification and experience to determine their capabilities.;
8.2.3 Work Order copies in support of the bidder’s experience and past performance on similar work/ job for last 7 years. Work Completion Certificates indicating the work order numbers, issued by the party for whom the work is done. MDL has the right to verify / cause verification of authenticity of the said documents whenever felt necessary.
Technical Pre- Qualification Criteria. Similar Work: Bidder should have experience in providing 400Hz, 1-Phase & 3- Phase, 10 KVA & above capacity Load bank on Hire basis to any Engineering Industries. Note: As bid is required to be uploaded on GeM portal, the bidders are requested to upload scanned copies of following necessary documents to enable MDL to ascertain their qualification status.
7.1.1 ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s experience of having successfully completed similar works during last 7 years ending till original tender closing date should be either of the following:
a) Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 30 Lakhs. b) Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 37.50 Lakhs. c) One similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 60 Lakhs.
Technical Pre- Qualification Criteria. 8.1. Similar work/job is defined as under:
8.1.1. Testing/chemical analysis of oils/coolants/fresh water samples executed in any Shipbuilding/Marine/any industrial organization.
8.1.2. The Laboratory must have valid certification for the tests from the designated authority’s viz., NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing & Calibration Laboratories) and shall ensure that during the entire duration of the rate contract, their laboratory has valid certification for the tests from the designated authority viz. NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing & Calibration Laboratories)
8.1.3. The Laboratory shall be located in Mumbai or Thane or Palghar or Raigad Districts of Maharashtra. Sr. no. 8.4 (i) and (ii) below not required for permanent registered vendors. However, such bidders should upload a scanned image of valid registration certificate; duly self- attested and stamped with their company seal.
8.4. The bidder is required to submit scanned copies of necessary documents as below to ascertain their qualifying status. MDL reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the documents submitted / claims made by the bidder wherever felt necessary:
i) Bidders Company Profile.
ii) Bidders Shop & Establishment certificate, Tax registration certificate and PAN card.
iii) List of equipment held by them with model / year / working status along with details of their facilities and personnel with designation, qualification and experience to determine their capabilities.
iv) The bidder should have a minimum average turnover of at least for Rs. 38,000.00 during the last three years ending 31st March 2022 (i.e. for FYs 2019-20, 2020-21 and 2021-22) and shall upload the audited balance sheet along with profit/loss account for the last three years.
v) ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s experience of having successfully completed similar works defined at para 8.1 above, during last 7 years ending on 31 Mar 2023 should be either of the following: a) Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 1.0 Lakhs. OR b) Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 1.25 Lakhs. OR c) One similar completed work costing not less than Rs.
Technical Pre- Qualification Criteria. 2.1.1 The Certifying Surgeon should have Govt. Authorization to work in Mumbai District for a period of 06 months from tender closing date. (In support of this, he/she should submit a self-attested copy of such authorization issued by the appropriate Authority).
2.1.2 The Certifying Surgeon should not have done AME by Certifying Surgeon in MDL in Last 2 Years.
2.1.3 The Certifying Surgeon should have / Collaborated with laboratory Accredited by National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories.
2.1.4 ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s experience of having successfully completed similar works during last 7 years ending till original tender closing date should be either of the following:
a) Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs.140 Lakhs.
b) Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs.175 Lakhs.
c) One similar completed work costing not less than Rs.280 Lakhs.
d) Cumulative similar works/jobs completed within a span of 12 months totalling to not less than Rs. 175 Lakhs.
