Technical Report. (i) The Escobal Mine is the only material property of Tahoe for the purposes of NI 43-101; (ii) The technical report prepared for Tahoe by M3 Engineering & Technology Corporation entitled “Escobal Mine Guatemala - 43-101 Feasibility Study” with an effective date of November 5, 2014 (the “Tahoe Technical Report”) complied in all material respects with the requirements of NI 43-101 at the time of filing thereof and reasonably presented the quantity of mineral reserves and mineral resources attributable to the properties evaluated therein as at the date stated therein based upon information available at the time the report was prepared. Tahoe does not have knowledge of a change in any production, cost, price, reserves, resources or other relevant information provided since the date such information was provided; (iii) Tahoe has made available to the authors of the Technical Reports, prior to the issuance thereof, for the purpose of preparing such report, all information requested by them, and none of such information contained any misrepresentation at the time such information was so provided; (iv) All of the material assumptions underlying the resource estimates in the Technical Reports are reasonable and appropriate; (v) The estimates of mineral reserves and mineral resources as described in the Tahoe Disclosure Record comply in all material respects with NI 43-101; and (vi) Tahoe is in compliance in all material respects with the provisions of NI 43- 101, has filed all technical reports required thereby, and there has been no change of which Tahoe is or should be aware that would disaffirm or change any aspect of the Technical Reports or that would require the filing of a new technical report under NI 43-101.

(vi) Tahoe is in compliance in all material respects with the provisions of NI 43- 101, has filed all technical reports required thereby, and there has been no change of which Tahoe is or should be aware that would disaffirm or change any aspect of the Technical Reports or that would require the filing of a new technical report under NI 43-43- 101.

(iib) The technical report prepared for Tahoe Solitario by M3 Engineering & Technology Corporation SRK Consulting (U.S.), Inc. in respect of the Bongará Project entitled “Escobal Mine Guatemala - "NI 43-101 Feasibility Study” Technical Report Mineral Resources Bongará Zinc Project Amazonas Department, Peru" with an effective date of November June 5, 2014 (the “Tahoe "Solitario Technical Report”") complied in all material respects with the requirements of NI 43-101 at the time of filing thereof and reasonably presented the quantity of mineral reserves and mineral resources attributable to the properties evaluated therein as at the date stated therein based upon information available at the time the report was prepared. Tahoe Solitario does not have knowledge of a change in any production, cost, price, reserves, resources or other relevant information provided since the date such information was provided;
(iiic) Tahoe Solitario has made available to the authors of the Solitario Technical ReportsReport, prior to the issuance thereof, for the purpose of preparing such report, all information requested by them, and none of such information contained any misrepresentation at the time such information was so provided;
(ivd) All of the material assumptions underlying the resource estimates in the Solitario Technical Reports Report are reasonable and appropriate;
(ve) The disclosure estimates of mineral reserves and mineral resources as described in the Tahoe Solitario Disclosure Record comply in all material respects with NI 43-101; and
(vif) Tahoe Solitario is in compliance in all material respects with the provisions of NI 43- 43-101, has filed all technical reports required thereby, and there has been no change of which Tahoe Solitario is or should be aware that would disaffirm or change any aspect of the Solitario Technical Reports Report or that would require the filing of a new technical report under NI 43-43- 101.

Tahoe Zazu does not have knowledge of a change in any production, cost, price, reserves, resources or other relevant information provided since the date such information was provided;
(iiic) Tahoe Zazu has made available to the authors of the Technical ReportsReport, prior to the issuance thereof, for the purpose of preparing such report, all information requested by them, and none of such information contained any misrepresentation at the time such information was so provided;
(ivd) All of the material assumptions underlying the resource estimates in the Technical Reports Report are reasonable and appropriate;
