Common use of Technical Representatives Clause in Contracts

Technical Representatives. The issuance of advice, approvals, or instructions by ▇▇▇▇▇’s technical personnel or other representatives shall be deemed expressions of personal opinion only and shall not affect Buyer’s or Supplier’s rights and obligations hereunder. Supplier shall not make any changes or amendment to this PO except through ▇▇▇▇▇’s purchasing department and pursuant to an amendment to this PO.
