Common use of Technical Review Clause in Contracts

Technical Review. The Recipient shall carry out quarterly technical reviews in accordance with the procedures and terms of reference set out in the RBF Manual, to run concurrently with the implementation of the relevant activities under Part 1.2(a) of the Project, to monitor the Selected Health Facilities’ compliance with the obligations set forth in the Performance Contracts, and furnish a consolidated report to the Association, not later than three months after the expiration of the relevant Performance Contract.
