Technical Terms. Any capitalized term used in this Agreement that is not defined in Section 1.1 or elsewhere in this Agreement will have the generally accepted industry or technical meaning given to such term.

Technical Terms. For the purposes of this Agreement, technical terms shall be interpreted as follows:
