TECHNOLOGICAL, AUTOMATION AND OTHER CHANGES. This Article will not interfere with the right of the Employer to introduce new methods of operation. The purpose of the following provisions is to preserve job security and stabilize employment and to protect as many regular employees as possible from the loss of employment because of new measures, policies, practices or technological change.
