TECHNOLOGIES. Only solar electric photovoltaic (PV) facilities qualify as Eligible Facilities. The Seller is responsible for registering and maintaining their Facility as RPS compliant with the California Energy Commission (CEC). Refer to the CEC RPS Eligibility Guidebook1 for the latest certification requirements.
