TECHNOLOGY LICENSE TO THE SECOND SOURCE. Immersion hereby grants KLSI a limited license, to sublicense each Second Source silicon provider to utilize the Immersion Preexisting Technology and Immersion Requested Revisions (as defined in the ASIC Design Agreement) solely to manufacture the Components under the terms of the applicable Second Source Silicon Provider Agreement. In addition, KLSI will license the Non-Immersion Technology (as defined in the ASIC Design Agreement) to each Second Source silicon provider so as to permit manufacture of the Components by the applicable Second Source silicon provider.
