TECHNOLOGY PARTNER. Partner agrees to:
TECHNOLOGY PARTNER. On the Effective Date, TRW will designate WI a TRW technology partner.
TECHNOLOGY PARTNER. By entering into this Agreement, Technology Partner is hereby recognized as a Technology Partner of Pantheon. Partner shall comply with the obligations applicable to a “Technology Partner” specified in the Program Guide as updated from time to time by Pantheon. Technology Partner acknowledges and agrees that Pantheon may expand, change the scope or contents of, and/or delete, any terms or benefits offered under the Program Guide.
TECHNOLOGY PARTNER. The Technology Partner shall receive nonvoting securities in the KK, the terms of which shall be agreed upon between AJI and TCI, representing up to 2.1% of the total issued and outstanding equity interest in the KK as set forth in Schedule 6.2. The Technology Partner shall be selected upon the approval of AJI and TCI, not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed and upon completion of due diligence.

  • Business Partners Red Hat has entered into agreements with other organizations (“Business Partners”) to promote, market and support certain Software and Services. When Client purchases Software and Services through a Business Partner, Red Hat confirms that it is responsible for providing the Software and Services to Client under the terms of this Agreement. Red Hat is not responsible for (a) the actions of Business Partners, (b) any additional obligations Business Partners have to Client, or (c) any products or services that Business Partners supply to Client under any separate agreements between a Business Partner and Client.

  • Technology License 4.1 Unless any event described in Article 2.2 or 2.3 of this Agreement occurs, all of the technology required to be licensed for any of Party B’s business shall be provided by Party A on an exclusive basis. Party A will try its best to license Party B to use the technology owned by Party A, or re-license Party B to use the technology as approved by the owner. 4.2 The Parties shall negotiate with each other to enter into specific technology license contracts to expressly specify the detail matters such as the technology to be licensed, the method to license the technology, license fees and payment.

  • PARTNER The term “Partner” shall mean any person who is a General Partner or a Limited Partner in the Partnership.

  • Technology Discoveries, innovations, Know-How and inventions, whether patentable or not, including computer software, recognized under U.S. law as intellectual creations to which rights of ownership accrue, including, but not limited to, patents, trade secrets, maskworks and copyrights developed under this Agreement.
