Common use of Telecom Requirements Clause in Contracts

Telecom Requirements. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties in the final mutually approved Working Drawings, Tenant is responsible for Tenant’s telecom services. Tenant shall select Tenant’s telephone and telecom systems. Tenant shall coordinate installation of the telephone and telecom system with Landlord during construction of the Tenant Improvements. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Tenant shall be totally responsible for the installation of its telephone and telecom wiring and equipment, all subject to Landlord’s approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

Notwithstanding anything to All of the contrary contained herein, Tenant foregoing shall be totally responsible for the installation of its telephone and telecom wiring and equipment, all subject to Landlord’s prior approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
