Common use of Telephone and Internet Clause in Contracts

Telephone and Internet. Seller will have delivered to Buyer an assignment of all telephone numbers, facsimile numbers and internet addresses currently used in the Business, including the execution of all documents and the performance of any steps reasonably required by the applicable telephone company or internet domain registrar to effect such an assignment.
