Telephone Banking Service. 4.1 You can use telephone banking for accounts held solely or jointly by you. 4.2 Telephone banking is available, provided that your identity can be verified and your account permits it, by speaking to a Customer Services Officer and completing security procedures. 4.3 To use telephone banking, call us on ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇ (freephone from UK landline). Lines are open for 24 hours everyday. To help us continually improve our services and in the interests of security, we may monitor and/or record your telephone calls with us. 4.4 Our telephone banking service enables you to: • obtain your balance • obtain details of recent transactions • speak with a Customer Service Officer in relation to other enquiries or for placing requests for servicing your account. 4.5 You cannot make fund transfers from your account except for money transfers to India. Money transfers to India may be made through telephone banking service only if your Debit card is valid.
