TELEPHONE NOTIFICATION. CONTRACTOR shall notify ADMINISTRATOR by 34 telephone immediately upon becoming aware of the death due to non-terminal illness of any person served 35 pursuant to this Agreement; provided, however, weekends and holidays shall not be included for purposes 36 of computing the time within which to give telephone notice and, notwithstanding the time limit herein 37 specified,Contract; notice need only be given during normal business hours. 1 2.
