Telephone number; and Sample Clauses

The 'Telephone number' clause requires the inclusion or provision of a telephone number as part of the information exchanged or documented in an agreement. In practice, this means that parties must supply a valid contact number, often for purposes such as official communication, notifications, or verification. This clause ensures that there is a reliable and direct means of contact between the parties, facilitating effective communication and reducing the risk of missed or delayed correspondence.
