Telephone Number Assignment. Customer shall assign telephone numbers from NPANXXs consistent with the PhoneAmerica Rate Center associated with such NPANXX. Customer shall terminate only local calls to its PRIs and all calls shall be rated as if originated and terminated based on the Rate Center served by the Proposal (and the ILEC local calling scope and NPANXX associated with such Rate Center).
