Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to Ymax. 10.2 Ymax’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to Ymax, from Ymax to Verizon, or from Ymax to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Ymax, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Ymax. 10.6 Ymax may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax CLEC Party for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes.
10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax CLEC Party under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax CLEC Party switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxCLEC Party, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxCLEC Party.
10.6 Ymax CLEC Party may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax Covista for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes.
10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax Covista under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax Covista switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxCovista, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxCovista.
10.6 Ymax Covista may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

10.6 Ymax Rhythms may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax ICG who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxICG, from Ymax ICG to Verizon, or from Ymax ICG to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change.
10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax ICG for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes.
10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax ICG under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax ICG switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxICG, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxICG.
10.6 Ymax ICG may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax IG2 under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax IG2 switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxIG2, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxIG2.

10.2 YmaxExcel’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time.
10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax Excel who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxExcel, from Ymax Excel to Verizon, or from Ymax Excel to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change.
10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax Excel for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes.
10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax Excel under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax Excel switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxExcel, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxExcel.
10.6 Ymax Excel may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax iNetworks for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the a Reseller or a Reseller Customer changes.
10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax iNetworks under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax iNetworks switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxiNetworks, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxiNetworks.

10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax Mosaic for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes.
10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax Mosaic under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax Mosaic switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxMosaic, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxMosaic.
10.6 Ymax Mosaic may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax ECI who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxECI, from Ymax ECI to Verizon, or from Ymax ECI to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change.

10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax Ygnition who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxYgnition, from Ymax Ygnition to Verizon, or from Ymax Ygnition to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change.
10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax Ygnition for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes.
10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax Ygnition under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax Ygnition switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxYgnition, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxYgnition.
10.6 Ymax Ygnition may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Subject to applicable law, including applicable non-discrimination provisions thereof, Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax Pac-West for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes.
10.5 . If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax Pac-West under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax Pac-West switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxPac-West, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Ymax.

10.4 Verizon 9.4 Unless otherwise provided in Applicable Law, PRTC shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon PRTC switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon PRTC to Ymax CSPR for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes.

10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax ReFlex who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxReFlex, from Ymax ReFlex to Verizon, or from Ymax ReFlex to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change.
10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax ReFlex for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes.
10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax ReFlex under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax ReFlex switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxReFlex, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxReFlex.
10.6 Ymax ReFlex may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

10.6 Ymax NUI may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers. For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by NUI for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by NUI, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit NUI to route the NUI Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by NUI. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by NUI and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at NUI’s expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, NUI will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. NUI shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to NUI’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax Buckeye under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax Buckeye switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxBuckeye, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxBuckeye.
