Common use of Telephone Numbers Clause in Contracts

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to Ymax. 10.2 Ymax’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to Ymax, from Ymax to Verizon, or from Ymax to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Ymax, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Ymax. 10.6 Ymax may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax CLEC Party Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax CLEC Party for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to Ymaxresale. 10.2 YmaxCLEC Party’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax CLEC Party who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxCLEC Party, from Ymax CLEC Party to Verizon, or from Ymax CLEC Party to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax CLEC Party for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax CLEC Party under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax CLEC Party switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxCLEC Party, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxCLEC Party. 10.6 Ymax CLEC Party may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax CBB Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax CBB for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxCBB. 10.2 YmaxCBB’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax CBB who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxCBB, from Ymax CBB to Verizon, or from Ymax CBB to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax CBB for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax CBB under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax CBB switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxCBB, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxCBB. 10.6 Ymax CBB may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax Covista Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax Covista for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxCovista. 10.2 YmaxCovista’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax Covista who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxCovista, from Ymax Covista to Verizon, or from Ymax Covista to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax Covista for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax Covista under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax Covista switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxCovista, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxCovista. 10.6 Ymax Covista may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax GNAPS Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax GNAPS for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxGNAPS. 10.2 YmaxGNAPS’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax GNAPS who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxGNAPS, from Ymax GNAPS to Verizon, or from Ymax GNAPS to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax GNAPS for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax GNAPS under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax GNAPS switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxGNAPS, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxGNAPS. 10.6 Ymax GNAPS may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax Northstar Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax Northstar for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxNorthstar. 10.2 YmaxNorthstar’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax Northstar who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxNorthstar, from Ymax Northstar to Verizon, or from Ymax Northstar to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax Northstar for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax Northstar under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax Northstar switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxNorthstar, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxNorthstar. 10.6 Ymax Northstar may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax Rhythms Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax Rhythms for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxRhythms. 10.2 Ymax’s Rhythms' use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax Rhythms who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxRhythms, from Ymax Rhythms to Verizon, or from Ymax Rhythms to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax CLEC for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax Rhythms under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax Rhythms switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxRhythms, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxRhythms. 10.6 Ymax Rhythms may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax ICG Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax ICG for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxICG. 10.2 YmaxICG’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax ICG who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxICG, from Ymax ICG to Verizon, or from Ymax ICG to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax ICG for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax ICG under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax ICG switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxICG, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxICG. 10.6 Ymax ICG may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax WCS Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax WCS for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to Ymaxresale. 10.2 YmaxWCS’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax WCS who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxWCS, from Ymax WCS to Verizon, or from Ymax WCS to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax WCS for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax WCS under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax WCS switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxWCS, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxWCS. 10.6 Ymax WCS may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax Z-Tel Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax Z-Tel for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxZ-Tel. 10.2 YmaxZ-Tel’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and as reflected in Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, and as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax Z-Tel who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxZ-Tel, from Ymax Z-Tel to Verizon, or from Ymax Z-Tel to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax CLEC for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax Z-Tel under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax Z-Tel switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxZ- Tel, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxZ-Tel. 10.6 Ymax Z-Tel may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax Reconex Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax Reconex for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxReconex. 10.2 YmaxReconex’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax Reconex who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxReconex, from Ymax Reconex to Verizon, or from Ymax Reconex to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax Reconex for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax Reconex under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax Reconex switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxReconex, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxReconex. 10.6 Ymax Reconex may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax D&E Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax D&E for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to Ymax.D&E. 10.2 YmaxD&E’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax D&E who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxD&E, from Ymax D&E to Verizon, or from Ymax D&E to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax D&E for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax D&E under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax D&E switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxD&E, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Ymax.D&E. 10.6 Ymax D&E may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax IG2 Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax IG2 for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxIG2. 10.2 YmaxIG2’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax IG2 who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxIG2, from Ymax IG2 to Verizon, or from Ymax IG2 to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax IG2 for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax IG2 under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax IG2 switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxIG2, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxIG2. 10.6 Ymax IG2 may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax Global Link Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax Global Link for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxGlobal Link. 10.2 YmaxGlobal Link’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax Global Link who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxGlobal Link, from Ymax Global Link to Verizon, or from Ymax Global Link to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax Global Link for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax Global Link under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax Global Link switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxGlobal Link, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxGlobal Link. 10.6 Ymax Global Link may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax MLTC Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax MLTC for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxMLTC. 10.2 YmaxMLTC’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax MLTC who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxMLTC, from Ymax MLTC to Verizon, or from Ymax MLTC to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax MLTC for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax MLTC under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax MLTC switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxMLTC, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxMLTC. 10.6 Ymax MLTC may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax Excel Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax Excel for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxExcel. 10.2 YmaxExcel’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax Excel who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxExcel, from Ymax Excel to Verizon, or from Ymax Excel to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax Excel for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax Excel under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax Excel switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxExcel, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxExcel. 10.6 Ymax Excel may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax New Horizons Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax New Horizons for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxNew Horizons. 10.2 YmaxNew Horizons’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax New Horizons who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxNew Horizons, from Ymax New Horizons to Verizon, or from Ymax New Horizons to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax New Horizons for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax New Horizons under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax New Horizons switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxNew Horizons, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxNew Horizons. 10.6 Ymax New Horizons may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax GCTC Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax GCTC for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to Ymaxresale. 10.2 YmaxGCTC’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax GCTC who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxGCTC, from Ymax GCTC to Verizon, or from Ymax GCTC to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax GCTC for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax GCTC under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax GCTC switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxGCTC, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxGCTC. 10.6 Ymax GCTC may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax Navtel Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax Navtel for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxNavtel. 10.2 YmaxNavtel’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax Navtel who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxNavtel, from Ymax Navtel to Verizon, or from Ymax Navtel to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax Navtel for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax Navtel under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax Navtel switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxNavtel, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxNavtel. 10.6 Ymax Navtel may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax TNCI Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax TNCI for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxTNCI. 10.2 YmaxTNCI’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax TNCI who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxTNCI, from Ymax TNCI to Verizon, or from Ymax TNCI to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax TNCI for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax TNCI under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax TNCI switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxTNCI, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxTNCI. 10.6 Ymax TNCI may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax Reseller Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax iNetworks for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to Ymaxresale. 10.2 Ymax’s iNetworks, Reseller and Reseller Customer use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax a Reseller who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to Ymax, a Reseller from Ymax a Reseller to Verizon, or from Ymax a Reseller to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax iNetworks for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the a Reseller or a Reseller Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax iNetworks under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax iNetworks switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxiNetworks, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxiNetworks. 10.6 Ymax iNetworks may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax Connectel Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax Connectel for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxConnectel. 10.2 YmaxConnectel’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax Connectel who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxConnectel, from Ymax Connectel to Verizon, or from Ymax Connectel to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax Connectel for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax Connectel under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax Connectel switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxConnectel, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxConnectel. 10.6 Ymax Connectel may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax Voxbeam Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax Voxbeam for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to Ymaxresale. 10.2 YmaxVoxbeam’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax Voxbeam who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxVoxbeam, from Ymax Voxbeam to Verizon, or from Ymax Voxbeam to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax Voxbeam for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax Voxbeam under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax Voxbeam switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxVoxbeam, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxVoxbeam. 10.6 Ymax Voxbeam may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax KDL Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax KDL for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxKDL. 10.2 YmaxKDL’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax KDL who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxKDL, from Ymax KDL to Verizon, or from Ymax KDL to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax KDL for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax KDL under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax KDL switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxKDL, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxKDL. 10.6 Ymax KDL may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax Mosaic Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax Mosaic for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to Ymaxresale. 10.2 YmaxMosaic’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax Mosaic who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxMosaic, from Ymax Mosaic to Verizon, or from Ymax Mosaic to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax Mosaic for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax Mosaic under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax Mosaic switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxMosaic, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxMosaic. 10.6 Ymax Mosaic may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax Z-Tel Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax Z-Tel for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxZ-Tel. 10.2 YmaxZ-Tel’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and as reflected in Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, and as amended from time-tot o-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax Z-Tel who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxZ-Tel, from Ymax Z-Tel to Verizon, or from Ymax Z-Tel to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax CLEC for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax Z-Tel under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax Z-Tel switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxZ- Tel, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxZ-Tel. 10.6 Ymax Z-Tel may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax Threshold Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax Threshold for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to Ymaxresale. 10.2 YmaxThreshold’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax Threshold who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxThreshold, from Ymax Threshold to Verizon, or from Ymax Threshold to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax Threshold for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax Threshold under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax Threshold switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxThreshold, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxThreshold. 10.6 Ymax Threshold may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax Velocity Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax Velocity for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxVelocity. 10.2 YmaxVelocity’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax Velocity who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxVelocity, from Ymax Velocity to Verizon, or from Ymax Velocity to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax Velocity for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax Velocity under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax Velocity switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxVelocity, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxVelocity. 10.6 Ymax Velocity may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax Snappy Phone Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax Snappy Phone for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxSnappy Phone. 10.2 YmaxSnappy Phone’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax Snappy Phone who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxSnappy Phone, from Ymax Snappy Phone to Verizon, or from Ymax Snappy Phone to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax Snappy Phone for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax Snappy Phone under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax Snappy Phone switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxSnappy Phone, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxSnappy Phone. 10.6 Ymax Snappy Phone may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax PacOptic Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax PacOptic for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to Ymaxresale. 10.2 YmaxPacOptic’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax PacOptic who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxPacOptic, from Ymax PacOptic to Verizon, or from Ymax PacOptic to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax PacOptic for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax PacOptic under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax PacOptic switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxPacOptic, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxPacOptic. 10.6 Ymax PacOptic may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax Phone-Link Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax Phone-Link for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxPhone-Link. 10.2 YmaxPhone-Link’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax Phone-Link who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxPhone- Link, from Ymax Phone-Link to Verizon, or from Ymax Phone-Link to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax Phone-Link for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax Phone-Link under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax Phone-Link switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxPhone-Link, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxPhone-Link. 10.6 Ymax Phone-Link may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax Delta Phones Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax Delta Phones for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxDelta Phones. 10.2 YmaxDelta Phones’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax Delta Phones who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxDelta Phones, from Ymax Delta Phones to Verizon, or from Ymax Delta Phones to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax Delta Phones for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax Delta Phones under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax Delta Phones switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxDelta Phones, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxDelta Phones. 10.6 Ymax Delta Phones may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax Best Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax Best for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxBest. 10.2 YmaxBest’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax Best who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxBest, from Ymax Best to Verizon, or from Ymax Best to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax Best for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax Best under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax Best switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxBest, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxBest. 10.6 Ymax Best may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. ‌ 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax Advent Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax Advent for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxAdvent. 10.2 YmaxAdvent’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time.time.‌ 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax Advent who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxAdvent, from Ymax Advent to Verizon, or from Ymax Advent to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Telecommunications‌ Service provided by Verizon to Ymax Advent for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax Advent under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax Advent switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxAdvent, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxAdvent. 10.6 Ymax Advent may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax Access Point Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax Access Point for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxAccess Point. 10.2 YmaxAccess Point’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax Access Point who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxAccess Point, from Ymax Access Point to Verizon, or from Ymax Access Point to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax Access Point for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax Access Point under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax Access Point switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxAccess Point, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxAccess Point. 10.6 Ymax Access Point may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax Ciera Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax Ciera for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxCiera. 10.2 YmaxCiera’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax Ciera who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxCiera, from Ymax Ciera to Verizon, or from Ymax Ciera to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax Ciera for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax Ciera under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax Ciera switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxCiera, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxCiera. 10.6 Ymax Ciera may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section 10 applies in connection with Ymax Synopsis Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax Synopsis for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to Ymaxresale. 10.2 YmaxSynopsis’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax Synopsis who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxSynopsis, from Ymax Synopsis to Verizon, or from Ymax Synopsis to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax Synopsis for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax Synopsis under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax Synopsis switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxSynopsis, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxSynopsis. 10.6 Ymax Synopsis may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax WiMacTel Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax WiMacTel for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to Ymaxresale. 10.2 YmaxWiMacTel’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax WiMacTel who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxWiMacTel, from Ymax WiMacTel to Verizon, or from Ymax WiMacTel to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax WiMacTel for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax WiMacTel under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax WiMacTel switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxWiMacTel, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxWiMacTel. 10.6 Ymax WiMacTel may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Pac-West's use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law Law, the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s 's practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 . Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax Pac-West who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“"VTS”") or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“"VLSNE”") changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxPac-West, from Ymax Pac-West to Verizon, or from Ymax Pac-West to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 . Subject to applicable law, including applicable non-discrimination provisions thereof, Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax Pac-West for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 . If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax Pac-West under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax Pac-West switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxPac-West, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Ymax. 10.6 Ymax Pac-West. Pac-West may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s 's Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 9.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax CSPR Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon PRTC to Ymax CSPR for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to Ymaxresale. 10.2 Ymax9.2 CSPR’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law Law, the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 109), and VerizonPRTC’s reasonable and nondiscriminatory practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. PRTC’s practices and procedures shall only apply to the extent that they are provided to CSPR in writing at least thirty (30) days before they become effective as to CSPR. 10.3 9.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 9.2 and 10.4 9.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon PRTC or Ymax CSPR who is served by a Verizon PRTC Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNEPRTCTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE PRTCTS (including a change from Verizon PRTC to YmaxCSPR, from Ymax CSPR to VerizonPRTC, or from Ymax CSPR to a LEC other than VerizonPRTC), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE PRTCTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE PRTCTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon PRTC immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon 9.4 Unless otherwise provided in Applicable Law, PRTC shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon PRTC switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon PRTC to Ymax CSPR for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 9.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE PRTCTS provided by Verizon PRTC to Ymax CSPR under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE PRTCTS have not been ported to a Ymax CSPR switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon PRTC to any person to whom Verizon PRTC elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, VerizonPRTC, Verizon PRTC Customers, YmaxCSPR, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon PRTC and YmaxCSPR. 10.6 Ymax may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section 10 applies in connection with Ymax Reseller Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax iNetworks for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to Ymaxresale. 10.2 Ymax’s iNetworks, Reseller and Reseller Customer use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax a Reseller who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to Ymaxa Reseller, from Ymax a Reseller to Verizon, or from Ymax a Reseller to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax iNetworks for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the a Reseller or a Reseller Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax iNetworks under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax iNetworks switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxiNetworks, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxiNetworks. 10.6 Ymax iNetworks may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax SBCT Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax SBCT for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxSBCT. 10.2 YmaxSBCT’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax SBCT who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxSBCT, from Ymax SBCT to Verizon, or from Ymax SBCT to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax SBCT for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax SBCT under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax SBCT switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Ymax, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Ymax.Verizon 10.6 Ymax SBCT may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax Prospeed Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax Prospeed for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxProspeed. 10.2 YmaxProspeed’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax Prospeed who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxProspeed, from Ymax Prospeed to Verizon, or from Ymax Prospeed to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax Prospeed for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax Prospeed under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax Prospeed switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxProspeed, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxProspeed. 10.6 Ymax Prospeed may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax CCI Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax CCI for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxCCI. 10.2 YmaxCCI’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax CCI who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxCCI, from Ymax CCI to Verizon, or from Ymax CCI to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax CCI for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax CCI under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax CCI switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxCCI, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxCCI. 10.6 Ymax CCI may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax Airus Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax Airus for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to Ymaxresale. 10.2 Ymax’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the Airus rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and 10 assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) Airus changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxAirus, from Ymax Airus to Verizon, or from Ymax Airus to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax Airus for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax Airus under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax Airus switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxAirus, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxAirus. 10.6 Ymax Airus may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers V may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section 10 applies in connection with Ymax NOW Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax NOW for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to Ymaxresale. 10.2 YmaxNOW’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax NOW who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxNOW, from Ymax NOW to Verizon, or from Ymax NOW to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax NOW for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax NOW under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax NOW switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxNOW, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxNOW. 10.6 Ymax NOW may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax NUI Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax NUI for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxNUI. 10.2 YmaxNUI’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax NUI who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxNUI, from Ymax NUI to Verizon, or from Ymax NUI to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax NUI for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax NUI under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax NUI switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxNUI, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxNUI. 10.6 Ymax NUI may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers. For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by NUI for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by NUI, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit NUI to route the NUI Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by NUI. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by NUI and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at NUI’s expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, NUI will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. NUI shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to NUI’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax NationNet Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax NationNet for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxNationNet. 10.2 YmaxNationNet’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax NationNet who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxNationNet, from Ymax NationNet to Verizon, or from Ymax NationNet to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax NationNet for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax NationNet under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax NationNet switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxNationNet, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxNationNet. 10.6 Ymax NationNet may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. ‌ 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax Buckeye Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax Buckeye for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxBuckeye. 10.2 YmaxBuckeye’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time.time.‌ 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax Buckeye who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxBuckeye, from Ymax Buckeye to Verizon, or from Ymax Buckeye to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, location,‌ that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax Buckeye for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax Buckeye under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax Buckeye switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxBuckeye, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxBuckeye. 10.6 Ymax Buckeye may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax McGraw Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax McGraw for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxMcGraw. 10.2 Ymax’s ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax McGraw who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxMcGraw, from Ymax ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to Verizon, or from Ymax McGraw to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax McGraw for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax McGraw under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax McGraw switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxMcGraw, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and YmaxMcGraw. 10.6 Ymax ▇▇▇▇▇▇ may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax CTT Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax CTT for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to YmaxCTT. 10.2 YmaxCTT’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax CTT who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to YmaxCTT, from Ymax CTT to Verizon, or from Ymax CTT to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax CTT for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax CTT under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax CTT switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, YmaxCTT, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Ymax▇▇▇. 10.6 Ymax ▇▇.▇ ▇▇▇ may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.
