Common use of Telephone Numbers Clause in Contracts

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Cost Plus Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Cost Plus for resale. 10.2 Cost Plus’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Cost Plus who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Cost Plus, from Cost Plus to Verizon, or from Cost Plus to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Cost Plus for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Cost Plus under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Cost Plus switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Cost Plus, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Cost Plus. 10.6 Cost Plus may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Cost Plus Princeton Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Cost Plus Princeton for resale. 10.2 Cost PlusPrinceton’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Cost Plus Princeton who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Cost PlusPrinceton, from Cost Plus Princeton to Verizon, or from Cost Plus Princeton to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Cost Plus Princeton for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Cost Plus Princeton under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Cost Plus Princeton switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Cost PlusPrinceton, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Cost PlusPrinceton. 10.6 Cost Plus Princeton may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Cost Plus Onvoy Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Cost Plus Onvoy for resale. 10.2 Cost PlusOnvoy’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Cost Plus Onvoy who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Cost PlusOnvoy, from Cost Plus Onvoy to Verizon, or from Cost Plus Onvoy to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Cost Plus Onvoy for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Cost Plus Onvoy under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Cost Plus Onvoy switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Cost PlusOnvoy, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Cost PlusOnvoy. 10.6 Cost Plus Onvoy may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section 10 applies in connection with Cost Plus PCS Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Cost Plus PCS for resale. 10.2 Cost PlusPCS’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or Cost Plus PCS who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Cost PlusPCS, from Cost Plus PCS to Verizon, or from Cost Plus PCS to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Cost Plus PCS for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Cost Plus PCS under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Cost Plus PCS switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Cost PlusPCS, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Cost PlusPCS. 10.6 Cost Plus PCS may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Cost Plus CBAD Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Cost Plus CBAD for resale. 10.2 Cost PlusCBAD’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Cost Plus CBAD who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Cost PlusCBAD, from Cost Plus CBAD to Verizon, or from Cost Plus CBAD to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Cost Plus CBAD for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Cost Plus CBAD under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Cost Plus CBAD switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Cost PlusCBAD, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Cost PlusCBAD. 10.6 Cost Plus CBAD may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section 10 applies in connection with Cost Plus Quality Tel Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Cost Plus Quality Tel for resale. 10.2 Cost PlusQuality Tel’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Cost Plus Quality Tel who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Cost PlusQuality Tel, from Cost Plus Quality Tel to Verizon, or from Cost Plus Quality Tel to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Cost Plus Quality Tel for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Cost Plus Quality Tel under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Cost Plus Quality Tel switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Cost PlusQuality Tel, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Cost PlusQuality Tel. 10.6 Cost Plus Quality Tel may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Cost Plus Nettalk Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Cost Plus Nettalk for resale. 10.2 Cost PlusNettalk’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Cost Plus Nettalk who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Cost PlusNettalk, from Cost Plus Nettalk to Verizon, or from Cost Plus Nettalk to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Cost Plus Nettalk for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Cost Plus Nettalk under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Cost Plus Nettalk switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Cost PlusNettalk, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Cost PlusNettalk. 10.6 Cost Plus Nettalk may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Cost Plus Globetel Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Cost Plus Globetel for resale. 10.2 Cost PlusGlobetel’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Cost Plus Globetel who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Cost PlusGlobetel, from Cost Plus Globetel to Verizon, or from Cost Plus Globetel to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center cent er from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Cost Plus Globetel for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Cost Plus Globetel under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Cost Plus Globetel switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Cost PlusGlobetel, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Cost PlusGlobetel. 10.6 Cost Plus Globetel may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Cost Plus Smartrak Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Cost Plus Smartrak for resale. 10.2 Cost PlusSmartrak’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Cost Plus Smartrak who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Cost PlusSmartrak, from Cost Plus Smartrak to Verizon, or from Cost Plus Smartrak to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Cost Plus Smartrak for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Cost Plus Smartrak under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Cost Plus Smartrak switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Cost PlusSmartrak, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Cost PlusSmartrak. 10.6 Cost Plus Smartrak may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Cost Plus PEG Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Cost Plus PEG for resale. 10.2 Cost PlusPEG’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Cost Plus PEG who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Cost PlusPEG, from Cost Plus PEG to Verizon, or from Cost Plus PEG to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Cost Plus PEG for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Cost Plus PEG under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Cost Plus PEG switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Cost PlusPEG, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Cost PlusPEG. 10.6 Cost Plus PEG may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Cost Plus Teliax Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Cost Plus Teliax for resale. 10.2 Cost PlusTeliax’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Cost Plus Teliax who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Cost PlusTeliax, from Cost Plus Teliax to Verizon, or from Cost Plus Teliax to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Cost Plus Teliax for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Cost Plus Teliax under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Cost Plus Teliax switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Cost PlusTeliax, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Cost PlusTeliax. 10.6 Cost Plus Teliax may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Cost Plus Airus Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Cost Plus Airus for resale. 10.2 Cost PlusAirus’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Cost Plus Airus who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Cost PlusAirus, from Cost Plus Airus to Verizon, or from Cost Plus Airus to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Cost Plus Airus for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Cost Plus Airus under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Cost Plus Airus switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Cost PlusAirus, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Cost PlusAirus. 10.6 Cost Plus Airus may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Cost Plus Selectel Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Cost Plus Selectel for resale. 10.2 Cost PlusSelectel’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Cost Plus Selectel who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Cost PlusSelectel, from Cost Plus Selectel to Verizon, or from Cost Plus Selectel to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Cost Plus Selectel for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Cost Plus Selectel under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Cost Plus Selectel switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Cost PlusSelectel, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Cost PlusSelectel. 10.6 Cost Plus Selectel may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Cost Plus Bandwidth Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Cost Plus Bandwidth for resale. 10.2 Cost PlusBandwidth’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Cost Plus Bandwidth who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Cost PlusBandwidth, from Cost Plus Bandwidth to Verizon, or from Cost Plus Bandwidth to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Cost Plus Bandwidth for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Cost Plus Bandwidth under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Cost Plus Bandwidth switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Cost PlusBandwidth, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Cost PlusBandwidth. 10.6 Cost Plus Bandwidth may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Cost Plus MTC Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Cost Plus MTC for resale. 10.2 Cost PlusMTC’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Cost Plus MTC who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Cost PlusMTC, from Cost Plus MTC to Verizon, or from Cost Plus MTC to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Cost Plus MTC for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Cost Plus MTC under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Cost Plus MTC switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Cost PlusMTC, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Cost PlusMTC. 10.6 Cost Plus MTC may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.
