Telephone Requests. You agree (for joint accounts, all account owners agree jointly and severally) that funds in any of your accounts with us can be transferred and that additional accounts and services can be authorized or terminated upon the telephone request of any account owner. We shall not be responsible for any loss incurred as a result of our acting upon or executing any request, order or instruction we believe to be genuine.
