Television Episodes. The “DHE Distributor Price” for each DHE Included Program that is a Television Episode shall be equal to: 70% of the greater of (a) (1) US$1.99 or CAD$2.49, as applicable, if the Television Episode is offered in Standard Definition or (2) US$2.99 or CAD$3.49, as applicable if the Television Episode is offered in High Definition and
Television Episodes. Licensor shall make available certain Television Episodes to Licensee for distribution in Standard Definition and/or High Definition hereunder, which Television Episodes and their respective resolutions (i.e., SD or HD) shall be determined by Licensor in its sole discretion, and Licensee shall have the right (but not the obligation) to license from Licensor hereunder any or all such Television Episodes in such resolutions.
Television Episodes. The “Distributor Price” for each Included Program that is a television episode shall be equal to 70% of the greater of (a) (i) $1.99 if the television episode is offered in Standard Definition or (ii) $2.99 if the television episode is offered in High Definition and (b) the actual amount paid or payable by the Customer (whether or not collected by Comcast) on account of such Customer’s selection of such television episode from a Licensed Service.
Television Episodes. Licensee shall license from Licensor hereunder, subject to the terms of this Agreement, the following number of Television Episodes as Included Programs during the Avail Term: 5.1.1 for Avail Year 1, all Television Episodes specified on Schedule A-1 attached hereto; 5.1.2 for Avail Year 2, a minimum of 1100 hours of Television Episodes; 5.1.3 for Avail Year 3, a minimum of 1200 hours of Television Episodes; provided, however, that at least 250 hours must be Library TV Series in each of Avail Years 1, 2 and 3.

  • Video This restriction includes, but is not limited to, use of the Beat and/or New Song in television, commercials, film/movies, theatrical works, video games, and in any other form on the Internet which is not expressly permitted herein.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Programming Processor is not responsible for programming or reprogramming of fuel dispensers.

  • Games The Private Party shall not be entitled to introduce any arcade type amusement or gaming machines into the Restaurant Facility without the prior written approval of SANParks.

  • Vending Machines Seller shall remove all monies from all vending machines, laundry machines, pay telephones and other coin-operated equipment as of the Cut-Off Time and shall retain all monies collected therefrom as of the Cut-Off Time, and Purchaser shall be entitled to any monies collected therefrom after the Cut-Off Time.
