Temperature Measurement. The temperature of the gas shall be determined electronically or by a recording thermometer so installed that it may record the temperature of the gas flowing through the meters. If the parties do not consider the installation of such a recording thermometer to be necessary, other agreeable means of recording temperature may be used. The average temperature to the nearest one (1 degree) degree Fahrenheit, obtained while gas is being delivered, shall be the applicable flowing gas temperature for the period under consideration.
