Common use of Temporary Condemnation Clause in Contracts

Temporary Condemnation. In the event of a temporary condemnation not extending beyond the Term, this Lease shall remain in effect, Tenant shall continue to pay Rent and Tenant shall receive any award made for such condemnation except damages to any of Landlord's property.
