Common use of Temporary Disability Clause in Contracts

Temporary Disability. Whenever an Employee is entitled to and is receiving worker’s compensation temporary disability benefits, such employee may be granted a leave of absence by the Township Committee with full pay for two calendar weeks for each year of service, not to exceed fifty-two weeks. The Township Committee may in its sole discretion, waive the years of service eligibility requirement.
