Temporary Notes shall be substantially in the form of definitive Notes but may have variations that the Issuer considers appropriate for temporary Notes. Without unreasonable delay, the Issuer shall prepare and the Trustee shall authenticate definitive Notes and deliver them in exchange for temporary Notes. Until such exchange, Holders of temporary Notes shall be entitled to all of the same rights, benefits and privileges as definitive Notesunder this Indenture.
