Temporary Permits for Statutory Leave (TPSL. 11.17.1 Should the district employ certificated staff who hold Temporary Permits for Statutory Leave (TPSL), it shall: 11.17.2 Notify OEA that it has applied to the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing for a Teaching Permit on behalf of a qualified individual. 11.17.3 Within thirty (30) days of receiving notice, the parties shall meet to negotiate the conditions of works for TPSLs including, but not limited to, compensation, training, support, and any other areas if not covered elsewhere in this agreement.

  • Compliance with Federal and State Work Authorization and Immigration Laws The Contractor and all subcontractors, suppliers and consultants must comply with all federal and state work authorization and immigration laws, and must certify compliance using the form set forth in Section 7 (“Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act Affidavits”). The required certificates must be filed with the Owner and copied maintained by the Contractor as of the beginning date of this contract and each subcontract, supplier contract, or consultant contract, and upon final payment to the subcontractor or consultant.
