Temporary Premises Commencement Date. Tenant hereby leases from Landlord and Landlord hereby leases to Tenant 10,791 rentable square feet of space commonly known as Suite 650 North located on the sixth (6th) floor of the North Tower of the Building (the “Temporary Premises”), as delineated on Exhibit A-1 attached hereto and made a part hereof. The lease term for the Temporary Premises (the “Temporary Premises Term”) shall commence on July 15, 2013 (the “Temporary Premises Commencement Date”) and shall end on the date that is five (5) business days following the Existing Premises Termination Date. The Temporary Premises shall be subject to all the terms and conditions of the Lease, except as otherwise expressly set forth in this Section 7.
