Common use of Temporary Status Clause in Contracts

Temporary Status. The Teacher is herewith retained on a temporary basis only and is not considered a probationary teacher. The Teacher shall have no expectancy of continued employment and shall not exceed 145 days as a substitute or temporary teacher during any school year, without administrator approval. This contract is subject to termination if a reduction in staff is deemed necessary.
