Common use of Temporary Suspension of Service Level Standards Clause in Contracts

Temporary Suspension of Service Level Standards. Vendor will be excused for failing to meet any Service Level Standard if and to the extent such failure is excused under Section 17.18, or the monthly call volume provided by Citizens exceed the forecasted volumes by ten percent (10%) or more. Vendor shall advise Citizens in writing as soon as possible of any circumstance or occurrence which would excuse or affect Vendor's ability to achieve any of the Service Level Standards. In all such cases, Vendor will continue to make all reasonable efforts to achieve the Service Level Standards. Suspension of a Service Level Standard shall not excuse Vendor from accumulating data relevant to that Service Level Standard and reporting such data to Citizens as part of the reports required herein.
