Common use of Temporary Suspension of Service Clause in Contracts

Temporary Suspension of Service. The Operator may, subject to giving reasonable notice to the Client, temporarily suspend the operation of the Service, or parts of it, to facilitate changes, maintenance or repairs to the Operator’s or its agents’ systems or processes, or as a consequence of the Operator appointing an agent to perform any of the Operator’s obligations or any agent ceasing to act for the Operator.
